Data and sources
We receive your name, email and language when you join the club. Ticket services provide contact details, checkout information, concert, order number, amount and payment status relating to our events. Our CRM may retain incomplete checkouts, purchase history and staff notes/tasks. Club registration does not request payment card numbers or CVV.
Purposes and choice
We use details to issue your permanent promo code, provide customer and order support, maintain sales records and protect our systems. Club details are voluntary; a name and email are necessary to issue and email your code. Optional analytics and advertising choices do not affect website access.
Email and consent
Concert and promotional emails require an appropriate basis, including your explicit consent where applicable. Starting checkout or buying a ticket does not automatically subscribe you to our club. Use the unsubscribe link or contact info@laninstudio.info to stop promotional emails. Necessary order communications may be sent separately. Emails may include an image whose loading provides an opening signal; this is not proof that a person read the message.
Providers and overseas processing
We use ticket services, Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare hosting, Resend email delivery, and Supabase for staff authentication. Providers may process data outside Israel for the relevant service purposes. If you allow optional analytics/advertising, Google Analytics and Meta may receive visit and action data. External ticket pages and Facebook also apply their own privacy notices.
Access, retention and rights
Staff access is limited to work needs. We retain data to the extent and for the time necessary for the stated purposes, obligations and claims. A permanent promo code does not require permanent retention of all behavioural history. You may request access and correction, stop promotional emails, and request deletion or exclusion from direct marketing, subject to applicable law and required retention. Analytics choices
Optional browser Google Analytics and Meta on the event site are enabled only after your choice. Use “Privacy settings” to change it. Necessary security, session and preference storage operate separately. New purposes require appropriate notice and consent when required.
